Description: Our client, a leading Facilities Management Consultancy, is looking for a permanent Senior Facilities Management Consultant. The role will involve providing technical and commercial advisory services (technical due diligence), applying their FM specialism to projects internationally and across a wide variety of sectors. The successful candidate will have experience in some of the following areas: Facilities management experience within PPP/PFI projects. Be competent and capable of assessing the appropriateness and completeness of facilities management proposals/submissions for both hard and soft FM services on a cost and quality basis. You will have current knowledge of key FM-related matters such as legislation, working practices, human resources issues etc. You will also ideally have experience of: Drafting or reviewing of output specification or Service Level Agreements, FM tender evaluation processes, setting up, working to or evaluating performance monitoring systems, development, use or evaluation of payment mechanisms and development, use or analysis of lifecycle and opex cost profiles using benchmarking and other comparative methods. You must also be prepared to travel internationally as required. A competitive salary and benefits package are on offer to the successful candidate.
