Description: Working for a large telecoms company, my client is looking for an electrical maintenance engineer to work in the London area.
The role is to be responsible for supporting and managing the operation and maintenance of all site infrastructure, including mechanical and electrical systems, critical power and emergency systems. You will be working on a range of systems including distribution, lighting, generation and security systems. You will also be required to work with maintenance contractors and site staff, keeping all parties informed of all maintenance and repair work needed where necessary.
Candiates will be 17th Edition qualified engineers with extensive experience in electrical maintenance. You will be comfortable working on PPM of a wide range of electrical products and will be comfortable in the associated H&S issues. Knowledge of critical power systems is also needed, as is past experience of working with High Voltage (HV) systems. Good PC skills and a full driving licence are also required.
