|Job Title:||Recruitment Consultant|
Fuel Recruitment, a privately owned technical recruitment consultancy, are looking for a number of graduate / trainee recruitment consultants to join our growing team. The role offers excellent in-house training, great career progression and the chance to build a career in a fast paced and rewarding industry. No recruitment experience is needed, just the drive to succeed in your career.
The role:The role of a graduate / trainee Recruitment Consultant is demanding and diverse. The primary function is sourcing and selecting candidates, which breaks down into the following areas:
• Searching for potential candidates, through phone and online networking
• Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts on internet job boards
• Reviewing applications and selecting short-lists of suitable candidates
• Meeting, vetting and preparing candidates for job and interviews
• Working to resource the very best candidates within the remit you have been given
• Unique to Fuel, we offer a candidate focused role, this is not a 360 / sales role
The role is target and deadline driven and we work hard to reward people for their successes through excellent commission and bonus structure. We also offer an excellent career path into Management, Sales or industry specialism within recruitment.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven graduate with great people skills. You will be comfortable working in a phone based role, meeting and managing candidates through the recruitment process and you will have a drive to uphold high standards within your work. An interest in technology (IT or telecoms ideally) or the business world in general (business studies, management, economics, etc.) would be advantageous as would previous experience in a sales, customer service or telephone based role. However, fundamentally we believe that the right personality is essential for these roles: previous experience is not a pre-requisite.
Fuel are a privately owned consultancy with office in the Midlands and London who provide industry leading professionals into the Telecoms, IT and Engineering industries. We strive to be different from the competition by creating a positive culture that moves away from the ‘hard sell’ into a more people-focused model. Operating with good ethics and high standards should never be taken for granted, which is why Fuel is proud to be a Corporate Member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and therefore bound by the ‘Code of Professional Practice’. We have very good “soft benefits” for all employees at Fuel including a pool room, ‘Cycle to Work Scheme’ and some great incentive schemes.
Fuel Recruitment acts as both an Employment Business and an Employment Agency.
