Fuel Recruitment Wins Again! Award for Best Staffing Firm to Work For in the UK/Ireland 2022!

For the second year in succession, we have been recognised as “one of the Best Staffing Firms to Work For in the UK and Ireland 2022”.

The results were based on a confidential survey carried out by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the international advisor on staffing and workforce solutions. The internal employee survey measures key engagement categories, focusing on items including teamwork, trust in senior leaders, diversity and inclusion, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.

The anonymous survey revealed the below comments –

“Fuel offers support and training where necessary in all situations. The management team do not look at themselves as ‘superior’ and ensure they are treated and viewed equally like all employees at Fuel. They ensure that you are aware of the expectations they have for you, and the business as a whole, but they offer the support you require to achieve this and ensure they reward a job well done. Management at Fuel are approachable and lead by example”

“I really enjoy working for Fuel, we have such a good team environment, if ever I am having a bad day the team picks me up. Mark is always looking for new opportunities to add to the environment and perks list. After a tough 2020 for the entire world, Fuel has bent over backward to ensure we are all supported, providing us with laptops, remote working, and moving with the ever changing landscape that has been since Covid 19 restrictions.”

Managing Director Mark Esom added “To win this prestigious award once was a huge achievement but to win it again really is outstanding. I remain incredibly proud of the work we do. Thank you to all of the truly exceptional people at Fuel”

This year’s list was sponsored by Sense. CEO and co-founder of Sense said, “This is truly an accomplishment for this year’s award winners, the past year has yet again been extremely challenging for businesses, employees and candidates and we applaud the winners this year for their continued commitment to value and care.”
