Main Purpose:
My client is looking for a Portfolio Asset Manager to manage, develop and promote strategic relationships with multi-site portfolio owners and the owners of the key property portfolios including but not limited to Network Rail, TFL, Water Companies, Councils, Heathrow, Gatwick and other airports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract/Commercial Management

Contract manage the commercial relationship with MSA/Portfolio providers and lead the negotiation of appropriate portfolio framework and/or template Code agreements. Achieve this through structured portfolio account plans.
 

  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management

Build & maintain effective working relationships with other teams to ensure policy is understood & applied consistently and improve certainty that objectives will be achieved by setting realistic expectations, delivering on commitments & effective communication.
 

  • Continuous Improvement

Identify areas for improvement & take ownership of specific issues through to resolution to drive improved performance and achieve targets.
 

  • Supplier Management

Manage 3rd party suppliers to ensure they comply with all processes and guidelines applicable to each MSA/portfolio by creating an environment that drives success & secures business targets through reporting and management of key deliverables.
Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
To proactively surface and record all risk, issues & dependencies, subsequently managing their mitigation and resolution or escalating those that cannot be solved.

Person Specification:

  • Considerable telecoms property functional knowledge gained from working in a mobile network environment
  • Experience of telecoms asset management and/or site portfolio management is preferred.
  • Extensive experience of delivering material volumes of sites against agreed targets
  • Considerable experience of managing 3rd party suppliers
  • Considerable experience of working under pressure in a complex & changing environment
  • Knowledge of property litigation including an understanding of the Electronic Communications Code and Landlord & Tenant Act legislation in the UK
