Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires a person with excellent attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and previous experience in a similar administrative position.
Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Support Tasks:
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas and take minutes during meetings.
- Provide general support to visitors.

Document Management:
- Draft, format, and edit documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Ensure documents are accurate and compliant with company standards.

Data Management:
- Enter, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases.
- Generate and analyse data reports as required.

Coordination and Communication:
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve organizational goals.

Experience:
- Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and administrative coordination.

Skills:
- Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Organisational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working Conditions:
- This role is office-based with standard working hours – 08:00-16:30
