Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires a person with excellent attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and previous experience in a similar administrative position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration:

    • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
    • Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital documents.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Support Tasks:

    • Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare agendas and take minutes during meetings.
    • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Document Management:

    • Draft, format, and edit documents, presentations, and correspondence.
    • Ensure documents are accurate and compliant with company standards.
  • Data Management:

    • Enter, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases.
    • Generate and analyse data reports as required.
  • Coordination and Communication:

    • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries.
    • Collaborate with other team members to achieve organizational goals.
  • Experience:

    • Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
    • Experience in managing multiple priorities and administrative coordination.
  • Skills:

    • Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Organisational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working Conditions:

  • This role is office-based with standard working hours – 08:00-16:30
