Business Analyst – 12-month contract – £495 per day (Outside IR35) – Newbury / Hybrid
Genesys Cloud / Telephony / Telecoms / Migration
- Business Analyst to working within the Voice, Chat & Messaging reporting into Product Lead
- Undertaking a large-scale migration of our telephony platform onto the Genesys Cloud platform
- Need to capture detailed low-level requirements across the entirety of the Business – Enterprise (Sales, Service, Care, Fulfilment etc)
- Need experience within the telephony space (ideally with experience of the Genesys platform, but not essential)
Our client is a globally recognised technology solutions specialist, currently working with a tier one mobile network operator to deliver a Genesys Cloud Platform migration project, and are searching for a Business Analyst with specialist skills to help spearhead key objectives.
