Job Details
Our client is looking for an Estates Surveyor to join the team based in the Midlands.
You will deal with a varied caseload including rent reviews, renewals, variations, valuations, New Code cases, lease terminations, audits and inspections.
You will report to one of our Directors or Associate Directors and be responsible for day-to-day and professional estate management tasks.
