Lead Data Engineer (Snowflake)

Our consultancy client are looking for an experienced lead data engineer with extensive Snowflake experience to work on a project for an FS client in London. You will need to be on the client site 3-4 days a week and the role has been deemed inside IR35. We are looking for someone with extensive Snowflake data modelling and ETL experience using Snowflake SQL, implementing complex stored procedures and best practices with data warehouse and ETL concepts. You will have deployed fully operational data warehouse solutions into production on Snowflake and have a solid understanding of delivery methodology and lead teams in the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture. Having some PM experience in things like project documentation, business requirements and project tracking is required and you will work closely with the senior Data modeller ensuring that all deliverables are clearly defined in a timely manner. FS, Fin Tech or payments experience would be a distinct advantage.
