Job Details

Finance Assurance Lead – £300 per day (Outside IR35) – Berkshire / Hybrid – 3-month contract (Quarterly rolling) 

Site build / Purchase orders / Reconciliation / Budget review / Telecommunications 

Key responsibilities: 

Purchase Order Management:

  • Initiate and process new purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for accurate purchase order creation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of purchase orders in the system.

Budget Review:

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of project budgets to ensure alignment with organizational goals and financial guidelines.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to verify budget accuracy and address any discrepancies.
  • Track and monitor budget utilization, providing regular updates to management.

Budget Uplift Requests:

    • Work closely with department heads to understand budgetary needs and requirements.
    • Facilitate the submission and review of budget uplift requests, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
    • Communicate with finance and management teams to obtain necessary approvals for budget adjustments.

Reporting and Documentation:

    • Generate reports on purchase orders, budget status, and related financial activities.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchase orders and budget-related transactions.
    • Assist in preparing financial reports for management as needed.
