Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor – 6-month contract – £400 per day (Outside IR35) – Silverstone / Hybrid 

We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Quantity Surveyor with a specialization in Radio Access Networks (RAN) to join our team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and a deep understanding of RAN infrastructure projects.
This role involves managing and overseeing the financial and contractual aspects of telecommunications projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure efficient project execution and financial control.

Qualifications:
Education:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) are highly desirable.

Experience:

• Experience in telecommunications, specifically RAN projects.
• Proven track record in managing costs and contracts for complex telecommunications infrastructure projects.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of RAN technology and infrastructure requirements.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
