Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Defence and Navy manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will oversee and manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet all technical, budgetary, and time constraints. Candidates must be eligible for all security clearances and possess previous experience in the same sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain management.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and security requirements specific to the Defence and Navy sectors.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the Defence and Navy manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with strict deadlines and budgets.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
  • Must be eligible for all Security Clearances.
