Radio Optimisation Engineer

Radio Optimisation Engineer – 3-month contract – Reading / Hybrid (1 day per month on site) – £382.50 per day (Outside IR35) 
Ericsson / Huawei / ORAN / 4G / 5G 

Kay skills / experience: 

• Must have hands on experience in optimisation
• Drive network KPI improvements through the analysis of new parameters, LTE/NR features (e.g., new software), or the optimisation of existing parameters, following industry best practices
• Enhance benchmarking performance based on drive tests—identify performance gaps compared to other operators and recommend optimisation measures to improve network efficiency.
