ORAN Project Manager – 3-month contract – £405 per day (Outside IR35) – UK Wide (Hybrid)
Key Skills / Responsibilities
- Leading a team, own, manage and deliver the onboarding of new products, solutions and services from concept, lab, trial to live.
- Ensure impacts to the business, including delivery, tooling, cost etc assessed, documented and communicated to all stakeholders.
- Working closely with internal and external teams / suppliers drive the UK National Deployment requirements for OpenRAN.
- Responsibility in defining and documenting the necessary technical and delivery standards to support delivery teams and suppliers to rollout.
- Where necessary, define process and procedures for relevant network deployment.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive through complex tasks with other SMEs.
- Commercial awareness – identify cost efficiencies to reduce OPEX/CAPEX spend
- Strategic and tactical awareness
- Good technical knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G RAN systems
