Design Support Manager

Design Support Manager – Permanent – £30,000 – £36,000 + benefits – Manchester / Hybrid

Key skills / responsibilities: 

• Support the Head of Design, Design Manager, and Design Leads, as well as managing the Design Admin / Coordination team ensuring delivery and accurate reporting of key milestones. 
• Prior experience managing an admin team within the telecoms space to deliver large scale, complex programmes highly desirable
• Delivery / Contract Management 
• Customer stakeholder engagement, specifically related to queries, escalations, and issues, supporting the Design Manager
• Supplier management – managing external suppliers throughput alongside Design Manager / Head of Design 
• Systems – management and provision of key milestone forecasts and lockdowns on both internal / external  databases and systems
• Project data management, MSV completion to access 
• Management of project change requests, as well as ensuring completion dates are claimed in site tracker to allow work in progress finance to be closed down by Design Manager / Head of Design
