Our client is a globally recognised IT services provider, currently working with large Government and private sector organisations across the country – delivering technology solutions that meet their needs. They are currently recruiting for experienced Account Managers and Directors to join their team who have demonstrable sales experience within the provision of IT solutions and are keen to take the next step in their career.
Job purpose
To develop and maintain new and existing high level relationships with senior management in
major company accounts. Selling a mix of hardware, software and solutions to meet client needs
and offer exceptional levels of service whilst maintaining gross profit margin levels in line with
company policy. Maintenance of technology knowledge to enable high-level client discussions.

Duties and responsibilities
• Keeping abreast of technology refreshes and product roadmaps
• Completion of sales accreditation courses as required by the business
• Develop and manage relationships with partners such as vendors, suppliers, distribution etc.
• Identify potential new prospects from both existing and targeted accounts
• Weekly forecast of revenue, GP, product category, sales cycle progression and estimated close date
• Produce quotations for customers as required
• Engage with other departments such as solutions to ensure inclusion of software and
• solution sales into portfolio
• Ensure compliance with all company policies relating to sales process and engagement
• Take part in company wide sales incentives and initiatives as required
• Meet KPI goals set by your sales manager/sales director
• Attain the sales targets as set by the business utilizing the software and solutions team
• Direct sales experience within an IT reseller or similar
• A proven track record of sales & target achievements
• Experience in managing large corporate accounts
• Ability to drive sales by engaging and negotiating with senior executives
• Ability to seek new business opportunities to ensure continuous growth
• Interest in IT products and solutions
• Full & clean driving licence
