This is a chance for an experienced Acquisition Surveyor to come on board and join one of the main players when it comes to the build and delivery of Telecommunications Networks.
A telecoms background would be ideal, , you’ll take responsibility for a portfolio of telecommunication sites.
You will carry out all related activities, including site searches, audit reports, MSV attendance, client reporting and submission of planning applications, negotiation of heads of terms, completion of 3rd party applications, legal liaison and handover documentation.
Working as part of the Acquisition department, you’ll be part of the team that delivers the legal interest upon which the network is based and you’ll work alongside Estates Surveyors, Planners and Coordinators.
As an Acquisition Surveyor, you’ll be involved with every aspect of network delivery including the acquisition of new sites, temporary solutions, site upgrades, lease renewals and rent reviews.
The role is to identify and investigate sites which meet the operational needs of the client and then to manage the acquisition process of such sites from identification to possession utilising a right first time approach.
Reporting to the regional Acquisition Surveyor, you will need telecoms network roll out experience and if you have RICS status, then all the better – but this wouldn’t be essential.
It’s assumed you’ll be fully versed with recent changes to legislation and be able to integrate the impact of changes in your management and negotiation with landowners
