• Space planning
• Tender of separation works – physical and security
• CER prep and funding approval
• Contractor selection
• Communications – internal and external
• Process and policy changes
• Documentation & policy changes inc emergency planning, BC planning and DR / Critical Incident process
• QFM database changes
• Set up service Charge / TSA financials and reporting
• Management of project budget with regular reporting
• Review impact on existing service contracts
• Creation and presentation of targeted reporting / MI to be presented
• Management of separation works
• Moves and changes
• Relationship development

Requirements:
• Strong understanding of tenant / landlord relationships
• Service charge management and understanding of lease management
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical installations in a corporate and data centre environment
• Strong understanding of workplace SHE requirements (IOSH / NEBOSH preferred)
• Project management
• Moves and changes
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of stakeholder management
• Based at Crawley Court with ability to travel (with own vehicle) – national remit
• Ability to work without close supervision, manage own time and prioritise workload
