Mission Statement:
• Develop and implement an FVL strategy to develop longer term sales and revenue through the brand.
• To actively seek and develop key strategic customers for the FVL division.
• To build existing client business and to develop all new opportunities within the sector.
• To actively seek Key Account development using a pro-active and professional approach to secure sustainable and profitable business growth.

Role, Responsibilities & Contribution:
• Manages client sector, actively seeks new opportunities, researches the UK market for areas of growth, develops specialist knowledge of defined business sector and promotes all company products and services.
• Maintains regular customer contact and supports/builds key customer relationships through pre-determined and an agreed communication framework.
• Develops on-going business solutions.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through timely completion of all customer requests and enquiries.
• Gathers and analyses client requests.
• Creates and completes Service Level Agreements, SOP or customer related documents.
• Maintain effective internal/external communications with all stakeholders.
• Provides accurate monthly reporting via CRM system (Tog@ther).
• Ensures all existing portfolio accounts are reviewed in line with agreed trading terms and conditions.
• Provide accurate management information.
• Develops new key strategic accounts within agreed/defined sector/product lines.
• Develops existing key accounts within agreed/defined sector/product lines.
• Acts responsibly and in a professional manner on behalf the business.
• Respond to all UK/international tenders within defined sectors/product lines.
• Analyses data and calculates tariff(s) for new and existing business development in conjunction with the tender centre teams at both UK and Corporate level.
• Ensures all external proposals are aligned to market sector.
• Supports the implementation and handover of all new and additional business to operational divisions.
• Ensures all new business complies with financial, administrative, legal and operational standards and procedures.
• Applies company processes and DSO objectives to all new business opportunities.
• Works in alignment with the budget process and in compliance with financial forecasts.
• Acts as a thought leader and spokesperson at all levels, both internally and externally.
