IT Support Manager – Hull – Permanent – up to £33k – Monday – Friday (7.5 Hour Shifts)

Main Purpose of Job:
Our client is looking for a Team Manager with great management skills. You will be someone with a passion for the customer; for learning new skills and behaviors and who has a strong team ethic focused on delivering excellent customer service.
A good knowledge of networking in a Cisco environment is essential across both data and VoIP technologies and an understanding of Cisco Unified communications will be helpful.
·Cisco CCNA certification and/or relevant experience
·WAN Protocols, Routing Protocols, Switching, IP Telephony, Security, DWDM, SDH, PSTN and VOIP
·A proactive and knowledgeable technical lead with strong experience of managing a team
·Good level of MS Office skills
·Excellent organisational skills
·Experience in network support in a Customer Service/support environment is preferred
