Our client is a globally recognised technology and communications organisation, currently working on the implementation of a groundbreaking and mission-critical mobile network across the country.
They are recruiting for a Performance Test Manager to work collaboratively with a Government client to maintain and deliver testing on the network.
Deliver Performance Test Stage.
Responsible for Performance Test Plans, Test Execution and Test Completion Reports.
Lead Test Readiness Reviews and Test Completion Reviews.
Ensuring Test artefacts are delivered on time to meet program milestones.
Working closely with the Head of Test to effectively and efficiently deliver test stages;
Define, plan, build a test team for successful delivery & sustaining activities of the Program.
Collaborate with Workstream leads to support their delivery of milestones on time, to cost and quality.
Deliver Automation for Performance Testing.
Managing Performance testing with complex test requirements whilst utilizing appropriate testing techniques, tools and strategies to provide end to end testing solutions.
Managing, influencing and negotiating with test delivery suppliers, partners and / or system integrators.
Define, implement and measure key test KPIs to ensure high test & quality standards are achieved.
Lead test workshops with suppliers & partner to ensure collaboration with all key test stakeholders.
Line manage and Mentor test team members.
Identify, organise and implement training to test team.
Responsible for continuous process improvement across Performance test team.
