Project Coordinator – Surrey – Permanent

My client are currently looking for a highly self-motivated individual with an excellent all round ability to organise the day to day running of the project management team. Communicate and liaise swiftly and efficiently with internal, external and all members of the workforce to implement all aspects of the team’s responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
As a project co-coordinator responsibilities will cover:
General administrator duties assisting the Project Management team through the life cycle of multiple projects.
Working to targets and meeting Key Performance Indicators.
Updating the in house workflow management system to ensure greater accuracy/efficiency and to ensure milestones are claimed / forecast correctly.
Updating client’s database daily.
Placement and tracking of transmission orders.
Management of Materials call off process.
Placement of Survey orders for third party suppliers.
Arranging install & commissioning visits through equipment vendors.
Vetting, acceptance and issuing of customer instructions, ensuing the scope is understood and cascade to teams as required.
Management of the teams schedule of works.
Control and manage the submission of all as-built documentation. when sites have been completed and in readiness for the company to claim the final 10% of the revenue.
Booking the appropriate site access to support site visits.
Managing the teams calendar appointments.
Create weekly reporting to update the wider business regarding the team performance.
Attend customer meetings or help on site as and when required due to workload demands.

Essential Skills:
Ability to communicate across all levels.
Work schedule management.
Able to demonstrate a structured and logical approach to tasks, with the ability to problem solve under pressure.
Proficiency in the use of all Microsoft packages.
Able to manage own time/workload to deliver high quality work, within set deadlines.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Experience in KPI or SLA monitoring.
Multi-Tasking.
Negotiation skills.
Ability to assess priority across work schedules.
