Project Manager
This role aims to ensure that works are being completed in accordance with the SROH and with the correct resources to succeed. Strong co-ordination between the operational team and the local authority maintains optimal fluidity and the Project Manager is responsible for multiple build areas which are managed by the supply chain and/or Direct Resources.

Accountabilities
• To manage the supply chain and/or direct labour so that they are compliant with the specifications detailed within their frameworks
• Ensure all on site SHEQ requirements are abided with eg correct PPE
• Work with the Operational Support/Contract Engineers to create build programmes for each area, ahead of submission for noticing and contractual agreements with the clients
• Work to mitigate all risks associated with Time, Quality and Cost
• To Ensure all works are completed in accordance with the SROH at all times
• To rectify all notified defects within the time periods afforded
• To ensure that delivery is completed in-line with CCN’s contractual commitments

Key Tasks
• Carry out routine audits using the I-Auditor platform when visiting site
• Work with the SHEQ Manager to carry out relevant audits on a Monthly basis
• Maintain regular interaction with the client re progression of the works
• Attending site meeting with the Local Authority and the supply chain and or Direct Labour as to identify the best procedure for works
• Attend Weekly client programme meetings and proactively manage complaints
• Communicate regularly with noticing partners to ensure all works are permitted prior to excavations beginning
• Working closely with QQS to make sure that no defects exist once the noticed is closed

• Excellent communication skills, across both colleague and client interactions
• Willingness/ability to coach team to SROH standards
• Ability to work as part of a large fast paced team
• Proactive sharer of industry knowledge/skill Digitally engaged
• Basic Excel (Desirable)
• NRSWA Streetworks Supervisors Ticket (& practical experience) (Essential)
• Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
