Role:
To be the main point of contact for customers on a day to day basis. Provide proactive communication between customers and partners and ensure customers feel valued and enjoy an excellent customer experience. The service provided is not only based on the delivery of KPIs but also how customers feel about the business.
Responsibilities:
– Proactively chase deliveries to ensure that they are in line with customer requests
– Develop long-lasting and strop relationships with our partners and ensure any issues with deliveries are addressed and resolved in a timely manner
– Provide up-to-date information to secure a successful delivery to the end customer
– Proactively report delivery exceptions with solution-based responses
– Ensure that the CRM system is correctly utilised to enable identification of areas for improvement
– Manage return packaging through to delivery to ensure that the outbound product flow is positive
– Daily reporting as well as KPI monitoring and weekly analysis of issues
– Effectively plan trunks to ensure vehicle utilisation whilst maintaining the timescales to ensure products are integrated in readiness for the customer’s delivery pattern
– Provide sick/holiday cover to other sites when needed
