Training Manager (Finance) – Permanent – Coventry – £35,000 – £45,000 + Benefits
Predominantly Coventry based – Travel involved to sites across the UK
Our client is a £multi-billion-pound organisation who are named as a top employer, they have a history of working on exciting projects around the world including the Eiffel Tower and the Statue of Liberty.
Currently looking for a talented Training Manager to join a growing team dealing with the biggest IT rollout in Europe.
Managing a team of 2, you’ll oversee all aspects of training, from identifying the needs of the user, formulating a training plan, creating the training materials and overseeing the two training team members who will deliver the training to the end users.
You’ll be developing and owning the training programme for all aspects of finance – Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Supplier Rebates.
You’ll have previous experience in a Training environment and an experience of understanding complex processes and explaining these to users.
• Confident with working across the organisation, you will be both a team player and able to work on your own initiative.
• Excellent organisational, communication and presentation skills.
• A high level of literacy will enable you to comprehend detailed documents and articulate complex topics.
• An understanding of any aspect of finance would be of beneficial but not essential.
