Workshop Administration Manager
My well known, leading Fleet Vehicle company are currently recruiting for a Workshop Administration Manager to join us at out site in Gloucester. The successful candidate will either have a similar title in a previous role or have been a team leader within the vehicle fleet industry looking to take the next step in their career.

As Workshop Administration Manager you will be managing a team of administrators, monitoring the work levels and evaluating the overall performance of the department.
•Monitoring the general administration workflow, allocating team members to area’s which have high volumes of processing
•Having a good understanding of the day to day processes within the department and covering team members roles during sickness and holidays
•Analysing vehicle lead times when they are off the road or have work in progress and then reporting to the management team.
•Monitoring the effectiveness of processes and liaising with Engineering Management and other departments to discuss and implement process changes.
•Cost control with regard to invoicing, ensuring we bill customers correct amounts.
•Running and analysing reports to ensure KPI targets are met within the various contracts.
