ITSM Programme Manager

ITSM Programme Manager – £515 per day (Outside IR35) – 3-month contract (quarterly rolling) – Reading / Hybrid 

ServiceNow / ITSM / Legacy Platform Transformation

Key Skills / Responsibilities

• Deliver the end-to-end ITSM transformation programme, including MVP and phased rollouts.
• Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Drive business transformation across multiple functions, embedding new operating models and digital workflows.
• Manage programme funding, governance, and benefit realisation 
• Coordinate technical integrations with other systems.
• Lead a cross-functional team including Product and process, IT, Data, Migrations, Readiness, Comms & Training
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale ITSM transformation programmes in complex enterprise environments.
• Extensive experience implementing ServiceNow, ideally including migration from legacy platforms such as Remedy.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they translate into business and platform capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead business change and stakeholder engagement across multiple business units.
• Experience managing CapEx-funded programmes with structured governance and benefit tracking.
• Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and third-party delivery partners (onshore/offshore).
• Must have delivered multi-year programmes in the £5–£15 million budget range

We are working with a globally recognised technology solutions specialist and searching for a Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale ITSM transformation programme, replacing legacy platforms with ServiceNow.
