IR35 compliance
The Fuel Group are specialists in IR35, and we will provide an insurance-backed determination for contractors. Critically this is an ongoing process that continues after the initial status. We will ensure that the working arrangements remain consistent with the SDS throughout the entirety of the contract. All engagements will be monitored with re-assessments every 6 months to ensure continued compliance with the legislation.
Onboarding
Whether a contractor engagement is deemed as “Outside IR35” or “Inside IR35”, we will provide contracts that are compliant with all legislation and will manage the onboarding of all contractors. This includes carrying out individual checks including and not limited to Identity and Right to Work in the UK, proof of address, reference checks, director’s checks, shareholder checks, bank account checks, driving licence checks and insurance checks.
