Vodafone and Three UK have officially merged to form VodafoneThree, now the UK’s largest mobile network operator, serving approximately 29 million customers. BT Group has launched a dedicated standalone unit called BT International, comprising over 8,000 staff. The unit will focus on AI and cloud-based solutions, including its AI-ready Global Fabric NaaS platform, as BT shifts toward a more “asset-light” model.
