Lead BA

Our consultancy client are currently looking for an experience lead BA to manage a team of analysts and coordinate business and data analysts across complex technology systems. You MUST HAVE extensive Tier 1 investment banking experience with securities a preferred. You will still be hands on and data savvy and capable of driving the identification and documentation of critical data elements. You will lead and mentor a team of business and technical analysts and define best practices for requirement gathering and data mapping. Working with the product owners, data architects and development teams to align business goals with data requirements. Oversee the identification and validation of critical data elements and review and approve system and data mapping documentation. You will need a strong understanding of data governance, data modelling and enterprise data architecture and be familiar with regulatory data requirements, data risk and compliance needs. You will need to be in the office 3 days a week and the role will e inside IR35.
