Fuel Recruitment are happy to announce that we have passed our ISO annual external audit. ISO 9001:2008 is the International Standard for Quality Management Systems and we have now held the certification for eight years. During the annual audit an external examiner comes onto our premises for a day and checks all of our systems and processes, including recruitment, customer service and administration.
Obtaining and maintaining the ISO certification is an ongoing process which requires frequent internal audits throughout the year to ensure all processes are compliant. ISO is more important than ever to Fuel Recruitment as we grow as a company and expand our geographical reach, as it guarantees a consistency of standards from all of our employees. It helps us to monitor individual performance and gives us a structure to allow us to continually improve and innovate as a company, and plan for the future.
