Our client is seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to oversee a key telecommunications commercialisation project and manage its complex integration. As part of a dynamic team, you will ensure cohesive programme delivery, interfacing with multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams to meet ambitious objectives.

This role requires an expert in programme management who can maintain control, provide clear communication, and ensure that all elements align with business goals for timely, high-quality delivery.

🔧 About the Role

As the Programme Manager, you’ll take ownership of key programme deliverables, driving coordination across different teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution. Your main focus will be managing the project plan, interfacing with various internal teams, and reporting on progress to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Project Plan Management: Own the project plan, ensure up-to-date reporting, and conduct analysis for potential risks and early warning signals

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead weekly programme meetings, action lists, and drive objectives across delivery partners

• Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key project stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth reporting

• Governance & Reporting: Chair key governance meetings, prepare and deliver monthly reports to executives, and maintain weekly status updates

• Revenue & Launch Management: Ensure launch readiness across all stakeholders and drive revenue collection efforts

• Inventory & Risk Management: Maintain effective inventory management and drive risk mitigation strategies across all project stages

👤 About You

We're seeking a highly capable individual with experience in programme management within complex environments, preferably in telecoms or related industries. You should have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, all while delivering results against tight deadlines.

You’ll ideally have:

• Proven experience managing large-scale telecom programmes

• Expertise in Primavera P6 and the ability to develop and maintain detailed schedules

• A strong track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders

• Experience in preparing and presenting detailed programme reports to senior leadership

• An ability to think quickly and adapt to evolving challenges while maintaining focus on key project objectives

• Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative leadership style that influences and drives results
