Job Purpose:
We’re looking for a Lead Expert with a strong ability to coach and give feedback to Fibre experts working in our towns

The role will report to the Field sales manager and will require working closely with marketing, field sales and telesales along with other key stakeholders
Ideal Candidate

  • Ability to coach and feedback and know the difference between the two
  • The candidate should have excellent networking and communication skills, alongside an ability to build great relationships in communities to seek out opportunities
  • The candidate should be able to identify sales and marketing opportunities within their given towns
  • Always achieves/exceeds monthly sales targets
  • Expert knowledge of how to use Ecanvasser/hubspot/Aircall to follow up leads correctly
  • Set a strong example of expected behaviour in the field at all times 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the regional manager in training new hires and getting them ready for ‘go live’
  • Coaching mid and underperforming teammates to get to great
  • Creating canvassing lists in hubspot in regional managers absence
  • Good knowledge of penetration levels and rag rating of towns
  • Upholds company values at all times including uniform standards, conduct in the field, sales integrity, dealing with vulnerable customers.
  • Become expert in our products
  • Be the leading expert in how to use Hubspot/Ecanvasser
  • Check in with team mates to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Maintain your own calendar of appointments
  • Deliver companies KPI’s
  • Be involved in projects and new product launches
  • Host motivational huddles
  • Identify sales opportunities in towns and feedback to field manager and marketing regularly
  • Ensure sales collateral for team doesn’t deplete
  • Give consistent and honest feedback to Field manager on teammates behaviours, conduct and performance
  • Demonstrate excellence at events and support team mates to engage appropriately at them
  • Be responsible for social media posting within your markets

Key Requirements:

  • 5 days a week
  • Able to work alone and in a team
  • Ability to learn the technical aspects of the role
  • Coaching and leadership skills
  • Field / Canvassing sales experience
  • Mature and responsible attitude
  • Genuine passion for technology and telecoms
  • Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise and work with the flexibility required as a team member in a start-up
  • Full clean driving licence
  • DBS required
