Allegro Developers

Allegro Developers – Contract – Remote (CET Hours) – Up to £1200 per day

We are looking for 2–3 Allegro Developers to work for our client who is a leader in the global energy and commodities sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-impact project team supporting one of the world’s largest organisations. The ideal candidates will be available immediately and able to work in CET time zones.

The Role:

As an Allegro Developer, you will contribute technical expertise to Allegro software implementation and enhancement projects. You will deliver configuration, integration, migration, and development solutions within Allegro and associated systems.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Allegro technical tasks including class events, views, and stored procedures

• Carry out systems integration, data migration/conversion, and report development

• Perform .NET programming as needed

• Contribute to technical training material and pre-sales activities

• Create detailed technical specifications

• Provide technical support across multiple commodities and project streams

• Communicate weekly progress to project leads

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Allegro configuration and extension development

• Strong understanding of integrating Allegro with external systems

• Excellent SQL/T-SQL scripting and stored procedure development (3–5 years)

• High proficiency in data migration/conversion via SQL

• 3+ years of .NET programming in C#, including ASP.NET Web Forms and Web Services

• 2+ years of experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

• Proficiency in writing comprehensive technical specifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely across international teams

• Contract Length: Initially 6 months (TBC)

• Location: Remote (must work CET hours)

• Rate: Up to £1200 per day
