Salesforce Implementation Consultant – 3-month contract – £472.50 per day (Outside IR35) – Berkshire/Hybrid (2 days a week in office)

Key skills/Experience

• Expert in Salesforce implementations and industry best-practice sales processes.
• Responsible for mapping and shaping a new Sales process based on the as-is requirements captured and their own knowledge.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce implementation across multiple industries.
• Proven track record in business transformation and process optimization, with specific expertise in best-practice Sales methodology.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Ability to document and communicate complex processes clearly.
• Comprehensive mapping of current and target state processes.
• Stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather requirements and validate processes.
• Finalised and agreed target state process documentation.
• Recommendations for implementation and change management.

Our client is a globally recognised technology solutions specialist, currently engaged with a tier one mobile network operator to provide a Salesforce Implementation Consultant to map and redefine sales methodology/target state business processes with key stakeholders across the business, using Salesforce as the core platform.
