A rapidly growing, family-run business with a strong presence in the Telecoms, Civil Engineering, and Maintenance sectors. Over the past five years, we’ve expanded significantly, now operating across six sites in the North and Midlands, with plans to open a Southern hub by the end of 2025.
We currently have £100m in our order book over a 36-month period (excluding repair and maintenance projects), and we’re actively pursuing long-term opportunities with local authorities.

Ambition: To become a leading Multi-Utility Network Builder and Operator across England

The Role
We are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to join our leadership team. This is a pivotal role that will help shape the commercial direction of the business as we continue to scale.

You will be responsible for overseeing commercial strategy, contract management, and supporting bids – particularly with local authorities. The role will be based in Barnsley, working closely with the Head of Finance, Operations Director, and Managing Director.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align commercial strategy with business goals

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Utilities is essential
  • Proven track record in commercial management within construction, telecoms, or civil engineering
  • Experience with local authority bidding is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a genuinely family-run business with a strong team culture
  • Opportunity to shape the future of a growing, ambitious company
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Long-term career progression as we expand nationally
