DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer – £525 per day (Outside IR35) – Berkshire / Hybrid (2 days a week on site) – 3-month contract 

Google SecOps / GCP / GKE / Secure Design of Cloud services 

Key skills / experience: 

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google SecOp’s, GKE (Google implementation of Kubernetes), Secure Design of Cloud services, Cloud Networking
• Excellent understanding of Kubernetes objects, ingress, egress, deployments, helm charts etc.
• Product knowledge of ElasticSearch, Logstash, Git and other DevOps toolsets
• Kafka and various data transportation mechanisms
• Ansible, Jinja Templating, Git Version Control, CI/CD and understanding code automation & deployment
• Data Engineering skills and various integrations like Single Sign-on, Active Directory
• Terraform Knowledge
• Linux Knowledge, Shell scripting, Python knowledge
• Understanding of Platform as a Service (PAAS), Infrastructure as a service (IAAS)

Our client is a globally recognised technology solutions specialist, currently engaged with a tier one mobile network operator on a key project for a DevOps Engineer to join their team on an initial 3-month contract.
