Target Operating Model Architect

Our consultancy client are currently looking for an experienced operating model architect/lead to work with one their clients in the asset management space. They are currently running a major transformation programme of their assets under management (AUM) operating model as the current legacy platforms near end of life and no longer support the complexity, scale or strategic goals of the business. This role will work on the design and deliver a future proof TOM providing a holistic, efficient and scaleable end to end process across people, process, technology, data and governance. You must have worked in the same role previously defining the TOM for an asset management company with the focus on process re-engineering, technology enablement, data strategy and governance.You will have an indepth knowledge of AUM platforms such as FE fundinfo, AIVIQ and vendor solution selection. This is a key role within the business so you must have a strong track record in designing and  delivering operating model change with complex, regulated environments. For this role you will need to be on client site 3 days a week and the role will be inside IR35.
