Senior Systems Engineer

Senior Systems Engineer – DMR Tier 2/3 Radio Systems – Permanent – London/UK Wide Travel – Up to £50,000 Per Annum

Looking for a Senior Systems Engineer within Telecommunications Infrastructure to deliver complex telecommunications and infrastructure solutions across radio, IP, fibre, and cellular technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver bespoke technical solutions for wireless telecommunications systems
• Manage project installations for radio systems and Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)
• Network planning, prediction and optimisation of LAN/WAN infrastructure
• Systems and infrastructure remedial maintenance – responding to customer reported incidents which are escalated from the service team, within an SLA framework, ensuring all incidents are resolved or services restored within SLA
• Preventative Maintenance – completing system and infrastructure service visits to a planned schedule including conformance to specifications

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong technical background in radio and infrastructure engineering
• Experience with DMR Tier 2/3 radio systems
• Expertise in radio programming for major manufacturers
• Knowledge of DAS design in complex environments
• Proficiency in database management and networking topologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Clean manual driving license
