Digital Change Manager – 3-month contract (quarterly rolling) – £405 per day (Outside IR35) – Berkshire/hybrid
Technology Adoption/Digital Transformation/Mobile Telecommunications
Key skills/responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption
- Engage, and manage relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, optimising the delivery timescales of digital initiatives
- Develop engaging content for a variety of channels and own and manage the backlog of digital projects and initiatives
- Conduct impact assessments to understand the effect of proposed changes on different teams and departments. Identify potential challenges and develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure smooth transitions.
- Monitor and evaluate readiness for change through surveys, workshops, and feedback sessions. Develop action plans to address any gaps in readiness and ensure a successful rollout
- Proven experience as a Change Manager – experience within a mobile telecommunications environment highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale change initiatives, particularly those involving digital transformation and technology adoption
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and resilient approach to addressing challenges and overcoming obstacles
Our client is a globally recognised technology solutions specialist, currently engaged with a tier one mobile network operator on a key project, and searching for a Digital Change Manager to join their team on an initial 3-month contract.
