Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and deliver a range of specialist construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing site teams, liaising with clients and engineers, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Regular site visits across the Midlands will be a key part of this role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple construction projects with a focus on underpinning, stabilisation, and civil works.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality, and resolve issues.
  • Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with design specifications and health & safety regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
  • Liaise with clients, structural engineers, and local authorities.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Lead site meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of underpinning, ground stabilisation, civils, and subsidence-related works.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for regular site visits across the Midlands.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or civil engineering (preferred).
