Job Details

We are a specialist property consultancy based in London, providing expert advice and management services to landlords with telecoms installations on their properties. Our clients include a diverse range of organisations such as Police and Fire Authorities, Local Councils, Universities, Housing Associations, Charities, Hotels, and Private Landlords.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our growing team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home after initial training, with occasional site visits across the UK.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on telecoms-related property matters, including:
  • Equipment audits
  • Lease renewals
  • Negotiating heads of terms
  • New site requests (MSVs)
  • Rent reviews
  • Occasional access management

Other Responsibilities

Conduct site surveys and assist with health & safety and equipment audits

Maintain accurate records across Outlook calendars, databases, and WIPs

Collaborate with surveyors, legal professionals, and client stakeholders

Support the Managing Director with ad hoc tasks

 

What We’re Looking For

  • A methodical, organised, and diligent professional with strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • A legal or analytical mindset – ideal for someone with an LLB or RICS accreditation
  • Familiarity with the 2017 Electronic Communications Code and relevant case law (essential)
  • Willingness to travel for site visits (primarily rooftop installations in Greater London)
  • Comfortable working at heights and climbing fixed metal ladders
  • Able to pass police security vetting

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including the Building Safety Act
  • A full, clean driving licence (especially helpful if based outside London)
